The Graduate Programme is a structured 2 year programme that gives individuals a range of internal & external development opportunities. The core programme provides you with the tools to improve your personal skills including leadership, presentation and team working. Underpinning this is the commitment to building on and improving your technical skills in line with our business requirements.
We will also encourage you to contribute something back to the wider community through our partnerships with The Princes Trust and Raleigh.
You’ll be joining other professionals, sharing ideas and using common processes and methodologies, as you work on innovative technology development for our clients on a whole range of diverse and challenging assignments. This collaboration ensures that you and your team can make the most of your skills.
We have divided the programme into two main streams, they are:
Business Technology which includes roles such as; Specialised Testing, Project Management, Business Analysis, fFnance and Business Transformation. Our aim is to find graduates who are passionate about technology and understand the processes around a technology project but not necessarily deeply technical.
Technology, specialising in areas like Java, Microsoft or Cloud based technologies. You may be working specific products such as SAP or Oracle. Roles include Software Engineering, Business Intelligence and Applications Analyst. Just like the Business Technology stream we look for a passion for technology but this needs to be coupled with a deeper understanding of technology.

We have a number of roles including Applications Analyst, Software Development and Specialised Testing with a March start date. You would be based in Telford (near Birmingham) or Worthing (near Brighton) and be working on one of our biggest projects working with HM Revenue and Customs - see link to Key Client.
We will be holding our next Drop in Session at our Holborn Office on Monday 6th February or at our Aston Office on Wednesday 8th February
Women in Business Event - this event is part of our celebration of International Women's Day. We would like to invite you to our Holborn office on Wednesday 7th March for a 6pm start.
