Many of our in-house training courses are held at our chateau, Les Fontaines, established at the end of the nineteenth century by Baron James Nathan de Rothchild.

Les Fontaines provides an important opportunity for you to start building your network with other consultants who are based in any one of the 40 countries we operate in.

As part of the graduate programmes, we enroll you on to a specific training course within the first year.

• All graduates joining our Management Consulting attend the Consulting Skills Workshop; a week long course that all management consultants at all grades across the globe attend when joining the company.

• Our Technology graduates are enrolled on our accredited Software Engineering Course, aimed at ensuring all graduates are trained to the same level. Some go on to attend a Technology Consulting Skills Workshop at Les Fontaines.
