Learning and Development
We want you to continue learning and developing throughout your career with us.
It begins with an initial induction course, where you’ll gain insight into our business, our strategy and the methods, tools and processes we use, as well as the kind of role you could play in the future.
During this period, you’ll be assigned a mentor, who can help you identify your development needs and opportunities.
You’ll also be assigned a reviewer, who will work with you to shape a personal development plan for the year ahead, which can include specific skills you require for a particular project or wider, 'soft' skills.
At all stages of your career, you’ll have access to a wide range of learning opportunities, including formal courses, online and computer-based training, and regular networking and training events.
Our aim is to help you become a genuine expert in your chosen field.
